mtje12 Posted January 2, 2009 Share Posted January 2, 2009 Hi my name is Matthew and i'm thinking again about trying to get 10.5 working on my machine, my machine specs are : hp tx1410us 4gb ram AMD Turion x2 TL-64 2.2ghz realtek hd Audio, hd audio codec ALC861 Sata Dvd Burner; Samsung Nvidia Geforce go 6150, 128mb intergrated video touch screen webcam broadcom wireless 802.11 a/b/g/n draft When i previously tried to install, there was some issues regarding driver compatibility and functionality, i basically tried every version out there except the earlier 10.4 versions. leo4all v2 and v3 worked ok but i couldn't get any sound or wireless support and some programs wouldn't run at all...mainly photo booth, the speed was insane...everything was lightning fast.. but the lack of sound/networking really killed the experience.. i also tried zeperoths* osx 10.5.1 but couldn't get to boot, all i got was disk arbitration errors and kernel panics, strangely i did get it to boot once but it crashed with 5 minutes. is there any new versions out there that might work on my machine or have an updated amd kernel? -Matt Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/144231-trying-again-need-advicehelp/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
