Volume [Installation Error]

This error appears on the destination volume on the destination selection:

"You cannot install Mac OS X on this volume. Mac OS X cannot start up from this volume."

 

The partition is mounted and set to "Mac Extended (Journaled)"

 

Trying to install 10.4.3 (JaS)

Followed the profit42 tutorial

My partition looks like so

 

I'm almost certain my HD isn't SATA.

SPecs: p4ht, 512 ram, radeon 9200, etc etc,

 

 

Any ideas??
