Instant restart after shutdown

I just got Kalyway 10.5.2 working on my machine, and updated it to 10.5.5 (don't have the nerve to go up to 10.5.6 yet), and immediately after I installed the AppleAzalia (generic sound) driver (decided to work on sound after the installation), the computer would refuse to shutdown properly. It would shutdown and turn off for a second, but it would immediately turn itself back on again. Sleep and Restart still work properly.

 

I know it's related to the AppleAzalia driver because I could shut down properly before I had installed it.

 

I've done some searching, but I haven't found anyone else who has had this problem.

 

My specifications are:

 

Intel Core 2 Duo E7200

Intel DG35EC Motherboard

2GB DDR2-667 SDRAM

GeForce 8800GT

 

Otherwise, my Hackintosh is perfect. But I hate do to hard resets every time I want to shut down my machine.
