Hope this makes sense...

I just simply have not been able to get OSX to work, so i want to get that partition back. First I reformated the OSX partition after booting with iAtkos dvd, but then the thing didn't know how to boot from the hard disk. So basically, i had to reinstall iAtkos OSX (still doesn't work) just so I could select my vista partition from the Darwin dual boot options. Of course, while im running windows, i don't have access to that partition. And also, i have to select the vista partition every time I boot, otherwise it tries to run the faulty OSX install (always freezes on the gray apple screen).

here's my machine in case anybody knows the right custom settings so i can just have a dual boot that works:

Acer Aspire AS5730-4163

Part# LX.AUE0X.180

Intel Pentium Dual Core T3200 / 2 GHz 64-bit processor

Data bus speed: 667 MHz

Mobile Intel GL40 Express Chipset

1 MB L2 cache

4GB DDR2 SDRAM SO DIMM 200-pin

Storage controller type: Serial ATA

Storage Controller / Serial ATA Interface: Serial ATA-150

Hard Drive: 320 GB - Serial ATA-150

DVD±RW / DVD-RAM - Integrated

Intel GMA 4500MHD Dynamic Video Memory Technology 5.0

Can't seem to get the right custom settings...Kalyway or iAtkos, same result: freeze on the gray apple screen after installation restart.
