Bob Sanchez
Hello I have asked this question yesterday and have not gotten an answer, so I thought I'd ask again just in case someone else has the answers. So my problem is that after installing Kalyway 10.5.2, restart, and boot up I get to this gray apple screen with an apple in the middle of the screen, and nothing else. When I input the -v command during Darwin bootloader, I found that it hung at this set of instructions: MAC Framework successfully initiated. using 9830 buffer headers and 4096 cluster IO buffer headers. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? I heard some other people have this problem as well but the solution is never found. My system is as follows: Pentium D 940(or 930, I forgot) 2GB DDR2 800MHz RAM XFX 630i/7159 with geforce 7150 onboard graphics. Help anyone? >< No one D:? Jammie300
This is quite drastic, but it may be worth trying other distributions of OSx86. There may be a solution out there It could be that Kalway is not compatible with your system.
