Ho letto che si può anche fare con NVCAP maker..., ma non si capisce come ottenere il file .rom.

L'nvcap dipende dalla scheda video, no dal monitor, e non puoi ottenerlo tramite ioreg. Dato che è sempre lo stesso per ogni modello di scheda video, potresti anche trovarlo in rete; altrimenti devi fare un dump del bios della scheda video con un programma tipo nvflash, ottenendo un file .rom, e successivamente leggerlo tramite nvcap maker. Ho usato DumpBios... CLiccandoci sù il programma si avvia, ma si chiude subito. NOn va.

Beh, ho trovato un sito con una serie di rom bios di schede nvidia... Ma guarda caso ... manca proprio quella che mi serve (nvidia go 6200 256mb Pcie - NV44M - rev A1).

 

Dovresti essere in grado in qualche modo di avviare nvflash anche da un drive usb.

Con pennetta usb?

qualcuno sa dirmi se il NVDAResman della versione iDeneb 10.5.5 può andar bene per una Kalyway 10.5.2

Cioè, mi spiego meglio: ho eliminato dalla cartella extensions il file NVDAResman (kalyway 10.5.2, su Asus).

Siccome non sono riuscito a recuperare il file in questione ho pensato che potesse andar bene il NDAResman della ideneb 10.5.5 che ho su un'altro pc ...

No. Al massimo puoi mettere sulla 10.5.2 tutte le kext grafiche della 10.5.5 , ma non è comunque raccomandabile. Per mettere nvflash su un drive usb invece guarda questa guida http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=246530
