Ok ho reinstallato iDeneb aggiungendo alcuni kext e adesso va, ma solo se lo faccio partire con il dvd, senza mi esce ancora quel fastidiosissimo boot0: error. In alcune guide che ho letto, anche di questo sito, c'è scritto di ripristinare il boot sttraverso OSX86tools. Quindi ho aperto OSX86tools ma non so più che fare.

è molto semplice...

apri app, clicca su install EFI/run fdisk...

seleziona la tua partizione pc_efi v8 install EFI run fdisk...

tutto qui...

Nessuna idea? Ho provato anche a fare il ripristino di XP dal dvd ma neanche questo ha risolto; diamine se non riparo entro stasera i miei mi ammazzano, a loro serve XP. Non posso trovare un modo per accedere a XP?

L'ho installato. L'ho aperto e ho messo la spunta a "Install PC_EFI v9 Chameleon Edition 1.0.12" dopodichè ho cliccato "Install". Sembrava che fosse andato tutto per il verso giusto, ma quando ho riacceso il computer mi è riapparso di nuovo questo "boot0: error". Allora ho riacceso Leopard con il DVD di installazione di iDeneb e ho provato a riavviare il processo ma mi è uscito questo messaggio in una nuova finestra

Cosa posso fare? Devo poter usare XP urgentemente!

Dunque ho risolto al 50%.

Con la tua guida ho provato di nuovo a marcare come "attiva" la partizione del Mac, ma non è cambiato niente, mi usciva sempre boot0:error al boot. Allora sono tornato al terminale e ho marcato come attiva la partizione di XP. Al riavvio mi si èp avviato XP quindi per lo meno adesso posso usare XP. Dopodichè ho riavviato dopo aver impostato il chain0 e il boot.ini e al boot mi sono apparsi i due sistemi. Solo che se scelgo Mac OS X mi esce ancora "non-system disk" . Ho provato a bootare col dvd di iDeneb però mi da solo la possibilità di avviare l'istallazione. A quel punto in un lampo di genio ho fatto

-s

fdisk -e /dev/rdisk0

flag 3

quit

reboot

per selezionare come attiva la partizione con iDeneb e al riavvio mi ha dato la possibilità di aprire iDeneb dopo aver inserito il dvd.

Sono perciò giunto a questa conclusione: se adesso spegnessi il PC, al riavvio...

 

... per aprire XP dovrei accendere il PC col dvd di iDeneb dare i comandi

-s

fdisk -e /dev/rdisk0

flag 1

quit

reboot

per selezionare come attiva la partizione XP poi riaccendere e scegliere XP al boot. Se poi volessi riavviare e accendere iDeneb dovrei di nuovo mettere il DVD e cambiare la partizione attiva con la 3, quella dove è installato iDeneb.

 

Tutto questo però richiede troppo tempo, mi serve un modo per abbreviare e la soluzione ideale sarebbe capire cosa non funziona nel boot di XP, cosa mi fa uscire "non-system disk" quando seleciono Mac os x. Qualche idea?
