Safari has gone nuts, doesn't download files

So, recently (as in this morning) safari has gone nuts, and won't download anything unless I right click the file and select one of the download options.

 

Nothing happens, it just shows the url up in the address bar, and im still on the same page, no download started.

 

Then i removed inquistorx and speed download, now i get this:

 

 

Any ideas of what could it be?

EDIT: Ah, Speed Download had installed a "internet plugin". removing if fixed this situation.
