Nagoshi
I was once able to install Leopard on my Asus G1 laptop, but I got rid of it and now I would like to know if theres a way to install OSX (Tiger, since it's older, but Leopard would be nice if I can) on my old Compaq Evo N620C. Its got (no laughts please! Im getting a new system soon that'll get OSX on it too ) PentiumM 1.4GHz 1Mb SSE2 256Mb RAM Mobility Radeon 7500 64Mb 40Gb hard drive CD drive For now I see no way of installing it using only a CD drive, but maybe someone can clear up a path for me. I have access to linux and XP on other rigs around that got CD burners. The only way around I would see is to install it on my external hard drive, then copy my hard drive to the laptop. I think Im gonna give a shot using Leopard through my external USB drive... imma check that out. If it works I may just install OSX on the external hard drive and use the main hard drive for Linux or XP, or both ^^, or copy the external partition to the laptop itself. Somebody got tips on doing that? Or if there's a release or software that will allow CD installation?
