beerz Posted November 9, 2008 Share Posted November 9, 2008 Hello, I installed zephyroth 10.5.2 and can only boot up with -x, safe mode, anything else I get the white with apple logo boot screen to come up for a bit then it freezes and I get a snowy looking white and black screen, which will eventually go black and be the black screen of nothing. I have installed the latest natit.kext and still get the same problem. Runs ok in safe mode, can even use safari. I have an ati radeon hd 3870 card and think maybe this is a big part in it. I notice nvidia kexts in the extensions folder, could these be hurting me? I am sorry I am an ivirgin. I would appreciate any help, and thanks.
