Hi everybody.

I have just installed iDeneb 10.5.5 on my computer.

I installed following a normal guide for dualbooting Vista and iDeneb.

It can boot both, but when it boots Mac OS X it simply goes to the apple logo with the words: "you need to restart your computer" (and in 5 different languages underneath), which keeps on repeating after a reboot. When i boot with -v, it says something about extensions, jmicron and the kernel in one line, I'll get to see exactly what it says tommorow

If anyone can assist me, please help!

i followed another threads direction to delete all kexts related to ati or nvidia, so i did, and now i just have the "still waiting for root device" error.

i'm not sure what to do.

i tried changing to ide legacy mode, and i tried switching to ahci instead of ide, but nothing seems to work.

please, if anyone can help me!

okay i switched to ahci in my bios, and suddenly everything worked. the internet worked, everything seemed fine. then i installed the latest security update and other application updates from apple, rebooted and now it reboots everytime i try to boot up ideneb. also when i boot up vista, i get a blue screen of death and it reboots. i tried accessing my bios to try and turn off ahci, but i can't even access that the usual way (pressing del key on post screen).

what to do, what to do.
