osx on dual xeon workstation

Hello,

 

I would need some advise here. I've got a dual xeon system (5130) with an intel s5000 motherboard and 4gb FBDIMM ram and nvidia 8400 GS. I would like to install osx on it, but i always get errors. I've tried about 5 versions but they all the same except leo4all, all the rest gave me the still waiting for root device message.

 

I went through the bios, tried it with normal mode, with ahci mode but no change. As far as I know, this is one of the closest system built to the original mac pro.

 

Could you please recommend some versions of osx to install and a quick guide (maybe some links?)?
