babyjenniferLB Posted March 28, 2006 Share Posted March 28, 2006 Hiya i have a DVD disk its a Philips DVD RW disk that i made on my dvd recorder. well the thing is i need a mac program to extract the video file to edit in imovie then burn to disk. its a pritty important video file to me its my sitsters boyfriend on the news, he is really cool showing of his car on the news about boy racers i want to send it to my annty to bug her to cos she is the counceler for that area campaining agenst the boy racers because the make a lot of noise in this deserted part of town(deserted pre boyracer) she just likes campaining about nothing. so if you can help me out i can convert it to h.264 my self its just form dvd to mpeg file i need. JimBob Posted March 28, 2006 Share Posted March 28, 2006 Handbreak will convert DVD's to mpeg 4. I haven't used iMovie, so I'm not sure if it will read mpeg4 or not though.
