stibra Posted October 18, 2008 Share Posted October 18, 2008 Hi, I have perfectly working iDeneb 10.5.5, but tried to experiment with EFI strings. I had only EFI string for my 8600GT 256 Mb card and it was working great. I have added EFI strings for Ethernet and HDA and now my monitor shuts off during boot, no signal from graphic card, but I can see disk activity so the OSX boots but without graphic signal. Is there any way to boot with just VGA graphic to try to fix the efi strings? I have tried safe mode with -x, but it does not help. Help!!!
