bitninja
Hardware info in my sig. I have to use 10.4.8 AppleACPIPlatform.kext and AppleAPIC.kext and boot with cpus=1, otherwise the boot process stops at "MAC Framework Initialized." If I don't include cpus=1 as a boot flag, it restarts. I had to do the same thing with Kalyway 10.5.2. I finally just gave up trying to get USB Mass Storage devices to work without disabling legacy USB support...I just hooked up an extra PS/2 keyboard to my system to edit BIOS settings and choose OSes. I really don't want to just have one core anymore. Someone help please? Oh, I know Kabyl did a BIOS mod for the P6N SLI Platinum, but the BIOSes for these two motherboards are only slightly different, and I don't want to risk bricking mine. SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE! Thanks in advance, bitninja Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/131524-enabling-both-cores-help-please/ Share on other sites
