Tex1ntux Posted October 13, 2008 Share Posted October 13, 2008 I have 10.5.5 up and running almost perfectly (system does not fully shutdown), but my battery life is terrible. I have an Inspiron 1520 w/ 1.8Ghz t7100 Core 2 Duo and geForce 8400m gs. Speedstep is installed and appears to be working, but I am only getting 2 hrs of use per charge (9 cell battery). On Vista I get 4.5 hrs per charge. What can I do to increase my battery life?
