gouranga
Having successfully installed Leo4all 4.1 onto my HP 6116eu Pavillion laptop, Sound works, I have 1280x800 resolution, USB's mount OK and even my USB wireless modem (CDMA) works. I have only two issues to work out. These are: 1/ The laptop will only boot when a USB mouse (or HDD) is plugged in. Is there a way to work around this? I don't really want to have to plug in a mouse every time I start my lappy. 2/ The DVD drive picks up blank disks when I insert them and asks me what I want to do with it. The problem I have is that burning software doesn't seem to pick up the DVD burner drive - Toast 9 Titanium fails to load at all and the freeware Disk Burner (black and yellow icon) can't find the drive. I have installed the AppleNForceATA.kext from this post: TOPIC HERE And still no luck! The drive reports as a: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T10N Firmware Revision: PC05 Interconnect: Atapi Burn Support: Yes (Generic Drive Support) Profile Path: None Cache: 2048 KB Reads DVD: Yes etc etc etc................ Any ideas folks? I just want to be able to burn DVD's! Thanks Oh by the way, when I open up disk utility and view the DVD drive, the Burn Support: Unsupported - yet in "About this Mac" it says supported?!!
