jarkaos Posted October 4, 2008 Share Posted October 4, 2008 Hello to everyone! I'm trying to install Kalyway_10.5.2_DVD_Intel_Amd in my pc using vmware workstation 6.5 but i can't. The installation shows me this message a lot of times: "localhost ReportCrash[55]: mkdir() failed to create /Library/Logs with this error: Read-only file system" and after a while getting those messages i get this: "SystemStarter[51]: didn't act on SIGTERM" and the virtual machine restarts. I'm installing (or trying) from a .iso image instead from the dvd becouse i don't have sata dvd, and yes my motherboard use Jmicron (I can deactivate it but then i don't have dvd at all). My pc has this: motherboard abitQuadGt 2 sata hd. 1 sata with 3 partition: 1 windws and 2 empty 4 gig ram memory intel core 2 duo processor Some idea what is the problem? Thanks att lot!! I still using vmware.
