VaalHala
Well, I've followed this guide from C|Net, I'm using iATKOS_4i. I got all the programs and stuff, put it all together in the C:\ directory, but now I'm stuck. I did this command - dd if=C:\iATKOS_4i.iso of=\\.\PhysicalDrive1 --localwrt (--localwrt because the drive is local) And in return got this - Copying c:\iATKOS_4i.iso to \\.\PhysicalDrive1Disk: MDT MD200EB-00CSF0 (S/N 444d2d544d4d43413138393935383330 0 0 0 0) Geometry: Cylinders: 2434 Tracks per Cylinder: 255 Sectors per Track: 63 Bytes per Sector: 512 Total Size: 20020396032 Native Size: 20020396032 Media Type: Fixed hard disk media HPA supported Drive Information: Partition Count: 4 Partition Style: MBR Signature: B5430412 Partition: 1 Starting Offset: 0x0000000000007e00 Length: 0x00000004a8d00400 Type: FAT32_XINT13 Bootable: No Partition: 0 Starting Offset: 0x0000000000000000 Length: 0x0000000000000000 Type: Unknown Bootable: No Partition: 0 Starting Offset: 0x0000000000000000 Length: 0x0000000000000000 Type: Unknown Bootable: No Partition: 0 Starting Offset: 0x0000000000000000 Length: 0x0000000000000000 Type: Unknown Bootable: No Output: \\.\PhysicalDrive1 2699+1 records in 2699+1 records out 2831122432 bytes written Succeeded! (Just can't see them) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/127381-bit-by-bit-copy/ Share on other sites
