According to the second screen in the first post the MBP is using an INTEL CORE 2 DUO.

So no real need to post that she can't use PPC and that she needs a multicore Intel processor since she has both of them met.

The application must be damaged then.

I would remove all Adobe CS3 Premier Pro related files and then reinstall perhaps from a different installation media.

what do you suggest that I use?

Thanks for answering !

If you are using it from a DVD or CD try to get another one it may be damaged.

If it was downloaded I would try another source for the download, or re-download it in case there was some unknown file corruption.

Check to see if your disk partitioned was formatted as case sensitive. (Get info on the disk and see what is says next to "Format".)

I had the same exact problems trying to get Battlefield 2142 installed on a case sensitive disk. When I created a player account on a case-insensitive partition and copied the game to it, it plays without problem.

Enemy Territory is also broken on case sensitive partitions, although it doesn't show the same symptoms.

Hope this helps.
