Obi-Wan Jerkobi
Okay, I had just copied some Kexts for the ATI SB600 Southbridge ATA/SATA support. I had rebooted just after copying them to the extensions folder and it worked perfectly, everything was recognized and quick! But about an hour later, everything just locked up, and I had to hard reboot. When Leopard loaded back, my DVD drive (ATA) and 2nd Hard Driver were gone! (ATA). But strangely, the SATA HD I installed on was still there and working just as fast. The weird thing is, when I went into the 'About this Mac' window and clicked More info, both my ATA devices showed up! I tried to see if I could use Disk Utility to mount them but it show them in the list!?! I have tried rebuilding the kextcache, doing that -f before booting, and searched around the forums a lot! Can I have a little help please?
