Finally got it all working, well 98% anyway

First of I will start with my system setup:

 

Leopard 10.5.4

Vostro 1700

Intel Core 2 Duo T7250, 2.0GHz, 800Mhz, 2M L2 Cache

4GB, DDR2, 667MHz 2 DIMM

Dell Wireless 1505 Wireless-N Internal Card

Dell Wireless 355 Bluetooth Module (2.0+EDR)

160GB Free Fall Sensor Hard Drive, 7200RPM SATA

256MB NVIDIA GEFORCE 8600M GT

 

I started with Leo4all v3 and most of it worked except the sound and the video was default ugly lol

for the sound i used hda patcher 1.16 and the Sigmatel_9205_Codec_5 linux dump file i found on this forum, couldnt find the post i got it from sorry

for the video i used NVinject 2.0 and selected the 256 mobile

for the battery meter i used the method here http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=80425

to update i used netkas method found here http://netkas.org/?p=50 as someone said it worked for .4 and it sure did, then i installed the other updates afterwards

 

lets see what i am missing so far:

have not tried time machine, media card reader, and the shut down doesnt work but thats no biggie to me.

 

sound works out of speakers and the headphone port works also, not tried the mic yet

touchpad worked on install

reads disks fine, aint tried burning yet

sleep seems to work fine
