What its doing now is giving me a loop back address the 169.254.183.167 I did follow a few tuts on fixing it but it did not help. Maybe i have the wrong driver. I dont remember which one i got. I believe it was the forcedeth. Right now i set it to static. IP 192.168.2.22 gateway 255.255.255.0 Router 192.168.2.1 DNS 192.168.2.1 Router Handles all internet activity. Bridge from my modem. While before i had a loopback address , now i cant get any type of connection.
