Tangra Posted August 16, 2008 Share Posted August 16, 2008 I'm trying to install Kalyway 10.5.2 on my new MSI G700X laptop but the installation stacks at the beginning to this raw: " Darwin Kernel Version 9.2.0 Sun Mar 200 11: 08: sct 2008; made by Toh xnu -1228 / BUILD/obj/RELEASE_1386" I found some posts here about MSI laptops where the guys type cpus=1 but when I do that the machine stars to reboot. Till now I did not install the SATA drivers so I disabled the AHCI option in the bios ( does it can be the issue ... ). The video card is shown as VESA 3 14Mb (NVIDIA ).
