eelcor
Hi everybody, As I have seen many videos of smooth installations of OSX86 on the Eee PC and my big box is running 10.5.4, I took the plunge (or at least intended to) to install OSX on the Eee PC. I use Kalyway 10.5.2, however, during the initial bootup sequence the system halts with a kernel panic. It halts on the ACPI Kext and throws a kernel panic with a stack trace. As I have witnessed a video of an Eee 1000h, with roughly the same hardware, I'd expect to be able to run OSX on my Eee as well. Are there any suggestions or prerequisites/special startup options to get Kalyway up and running. I've tried to install using the -x mode switch, but to no avail. Hope you can help me... Kind regards, Eelco Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/121139-eee-pc-901-kernel-panic-during-install/ Share on other sites
