(Had a bit of problem with AHCI error when booting b4 and that was my memory being at fault seen more people posting about it never finding an answer here...) Anyway back to my topic... OSX86 at 10.5.4 (Installed with Kalyway 10.5.2.. updated to 10.5.3 using Kalyway combo, then Apple update.. now using Modbin kernel..) I have a Asus Rampage Formula at bios 0403 (thought the last BIOS version would fix mem pob.. but didn't) GFX: Geforce 8800GTX OC Mem: 2x Corsair CM2X1024-5400C4 http://www.komplett.se/k/ki.aspx?sku=312023 2x Corsair CM2X1024-5400C4PRO http://af.komplett.se/k/ki.aspx?sku=323990 Posting links since these has been a pain in the ass.... CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 Sound: Onboard sound... (I bought the Rampage board because it has mic support and seemed easy enough to put OSX on.. Went through OSX86 Wiki to find a good Mobo..) HDD's: 2x 200Gb Sata 1x 500Gb Sata 1x 200Gb Pata ( Might be a Jmicron problem so posting HDD's too.. although don't seem to be a problem) That's my build.. posting all I can don't know what could be usefull... My problem is this: When I "Shut off" my Hackintosh my fans keep on going.. When restarting same thing although it doesn't restart.. need to press power button/reset button Anyhow my thoughts of the problem seems to be the Sound.. since people having installed sound kext´s have gained a restart problem or Power off problem... Sry for mispels etc etc.. Posting in a hurry....
