kerimeton Posted March 14, 2006 Share Posted March 14, 2006 Im not a noob, and ive been looking through these forums for a while I have run into a problem heres my stuff pheNIX image ( patched. Generic install DVD now) okay, MSI 7060 Mobo, pentium 4 SSe3 support, on gig ram, Chipset:661FX, Southbridge:964, ATA hardrives, Nvidia grphics card 6600 NX 256 MB basically, i get to the apple booting screen. then i get the X sign, and have to restart i booted in -v mode, if i use the correct settings its stops at "waiting for root device" it also tells me it find some Nvidia drivers which i guess is normal.
