zerhacke
I finally got a hackintosh running! I had to install the Rhine II drivers for my NIC manually after burning them to disk from another computer. That was found thanks to a couple of Italian fellas on this forum. Search is your friend. My sound (AC97) was playing an octave too fast. The information on this forum says to set your sound to 44.1K, but on my machine I was already on 44.1. I set it to 48K and it worked perfectly. Totally backwards from what this forum says but no worries. To identify my NIC I had to install the OSX port of lspci, which was painfully easy to do. I also replaced the corrupt mount_smbfs with a copy found on this forum. Everything works perfectly now!
