The title pretty much explains it. I am having issues getting Kalyway to work on my old computer. I know is very outdated, but I have installed a really nice ATI graphics card and put in a gig of extra RAM, so I was just wondering, how can I get OS X on this? Whenever I run the Kalyway installer, it simply reboots...It's very frustrating. If i try to boot in safe mode, a torrent of text covers the screen and it looks as if it is working, but then simply reboots. Is there a special driver or something I need for this computer? I greatly appreciate any help

Thank you for tolerating my noobiness...I'm sorry :)

oh, i"m sorry. Here are my specs:

computer model: Compaq EVO D500

motherboard: compaq 686Y2

Processor: Intel Pentium 4 2.00 GHz

Graphics: ATI Radeon X1300

RAM: 1GB

I'll explain the issue a little better as well. When I first pop in the disk, I get the Darwin boot menu. I think the issue might be that the computer is using VESA with 16MB...I'm not sure...I'm quite new to different OS's. I can get pretty far in safe modeI went into my BIOS for my computer and I couldn't find any menu that would change this amount, so I updated my BIOS to the latest version, and still no luck :D
