If you have had problems with a laptop just like i did, but still wanted to have internet on it... one way is to get a usb wireless adptor for it and make yourself happy. But if you dont use wireless, instead you wanna go to ethernet and use one of those old blue cables just like i do and save some bucks... i found this interesting thing for my friends laptop... i wish i have bought this one for my desktop instead of a pci card, which i have to install a hack drivers for it... anyways, this equipment doesnt need any driver because its an original mac usb ethernet adapter.

Description for the procuct.

"Easily connect your MacBook Air computer to an Ethernet network with the Apple USB Ethernet Adapter. Small and light, it connects to the USB 2.0 port of your MacBook Air and provides an RJ-45 connector that supports 10/100BASE-T performance."

It cost about $29.00 dollars and you can find on the link below.

Yea, I got this off of Best buy to use an old gift card. It works very well with my thinkpad, and I can even share my airport connection through it to my xbox 360. It's good stuff.
