disk utility problem sata disc cannon be formatet with masterbootrecord

hi everybody ive got a problem with the partitioning of my samsung sata drive i think it is a problem with the ahci modus in the bios because i dont know how it hat to be exactly so i want to ask i sb culd help me.

so i try to discribe the problem sry if my englisch isnt well because im german XD

so the problm is in the diskutil i go on partitions say 1 partition call it mac it stys on masterbbotrecord and mac os x journaled but when i click on partition it starets first but then there comes a mistake about the ending of the process failed so waht culd it be?

 

my system is this

cpu: intel core 2 quad q9300

mainboard: gigabyte ge-ep35-ds3

graphicscard: geforce 8800 gt with special cooling

sata: hdd: Samsung SpinPoint F1 HD753LJ SATA2 7200rpm 32MB

disk drive: samsung sh-s203p

ram: 2 gb ocz ddr 2 ram 1000

the hdd is connectet to a purple port

the dvd drive is connectet to an orage port
