Hello!

I've given up on it for a while now (maybe a month).

I did have it working perfectly at 1 or 2 stages, but not any-more.

I tried to install linux, stuffed up something so I had to do a complete format (into MBR using gdisk).

At that time I had the following OSs installed;

XP 64-bit

Vista 64-bit

Kalyway 10.5.2

When I slowly started the tri-boot process (installation) again, I ran into some problems. (I'd set up partitions beforehand after gdisk using disk director then kalyway for the HFS+ one)

  1. Got XP installed.
  2. Got Vista installed.
  3. Got Kalyway 10.5.2 installed.

Then errors started occurring on my Leopard. The ones when a box comes up on the screen, as the rest of the screen slowly darkens (shadows). (The Mac BSOD)

Tried a couple more tries (including using GUID, and reformatting everything and having only Kalyway installed). But to no avail. My most recent attempt gave me that shadowy dialogue box before the bootscreen had disapeared.

Now, I've heard about this new combo update...

Do you think it will fix the problem I have been getting?

Or do you have another suggestion on how I could fix this problem?

Please reply with helpful advice!

Thanks in advance
