I noticed something very strange with my setup re sleep mode. If I install using an SATA drive for master... Sleep does not work not matter what I do (using Vanilla Kernel, Kalyway 1.5.2 + all other kernels). It will go to sleep and never wake up nor proerply shut down (the hard-drives and fans keep going). However, if I install Mac OS onto an IDE hard-drive , I have full sleep mode, power down, restart using Vanilla Kernel with Kalyway 1.5.2! It's meant I am keeping with IDE hard-drives for my OS for pure ease - I do like having Sleep mode. I have no idea why the Sata drive does not work properly with sleep. Hardware in my system is:

Asus P5D WH Deluxe

MSI Geforece 8800 GT

8 Gigs cheap Ram

Q6600 CPU

Writemaster CD SATA Drive

320 gig WD IDE Drive

Just posting this in case it helps anyone else. Cheers!

PS the SATA harddrive I was using was a WD 10000 RPM 40gig one
