Change "CD Images" to "All Files (*.*)"

 

Also you can use the command line program Applyppf, there are binaries for windows and OSX

 

 

I did that, but I I still get that error. I don't know how to do it in command line. It opens up the CMD, and then just disappears. Thanks for the repley :lol::D

To do it from the command line you need to get the binary 'applyppf'. Google for it (ready made search link) , download it and put it on your system. Then open a command window - terminal on the Mac or Dos Prompt on Windows and execute it by typing the name of the command followed by the name of the target file and then the name of the patch file, a space between each, and press enter.

 

I think from what you've said that you already have the program and you're trying to execute it in Windows by clicking on the icon for it. That will cause a command window to appear and immediately vanish as you describe because there are no 'arguments' provided to the program that way.
