If you installed the vanilla kernel, during the reinstallation make sure you type in "vanilla" without the quotes before the DVD boots up. Other than that, I am not sure what is causing your error. Do you have any other OS on the computer? And if yes, what are they and where are they located? (Partition wise). (Partition wise). great that reply was fast, look yes i have just one hard disk and i had installed windows vista on it, and i made a partition of 50 gb for leopard, ok i have another cuestion, if I do not pick any driver? for video card? might have some problem? and there on the kalyway 10.5.2 intel_amd... there is a lot of drivers, if i pick all the drivers, might have some problem?
