Wayfarer247 Posted June 16, 2008 Share Posted June 16, 2008 How much ram does your computer have? What are its specs? (Processor is a big one - it looks like it is a 64 bit processor). Some more information and we may be able to help you out. If everything fails, try save mode ( -x ) on start up, and perhaps try ( maxram=2048 ) or something along those lines. During the install there is an option to remove the AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext, this Is one option that you have to take in order to remove it! and, put your specs in your SIG that way it saves everybody having to go around looking for it! also, check if you leave it long enough(after you re-installed without the ApplIntelCPUPowerManagement kext, if it the gives you a "waiting for root device" error, it could take 30sec to 1minute!
