These forums have been great for getting up and runnign with my tri boot (XP, Ubuntu, OSx86) and now the only issue I am having is with my sound. If anyone could offer some advice, I would greatly appreciate it. I have read every post I could find on the subject, but am striking out. First off, my system specs. Connection: 2 0x25 0x0b I have tried the AppleHDA solution with the above Linux dump from my Ubuntu installation (/proc/asound/card0/codec#0) using Patcher v1.20 (method here). I have tried using skippyretarded's version found here with both the AzaliaAudio.pkg and the ALC883Audio.pkg (in the later I have tried all four versions included in the installer) and have had no luck. finally, I tried the Natit clone method, found here and detailed here, but couldnt get past step one. Any advice, help, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. If anymore information is needed, please let me know so I can post it asap.
