Disks appear as external after 10.5.3 update

I just finished installing Kaly 10.5.2 on my EP35-DS4, everything worked. Updated to 10.5.3 (9.3.0 vanilla kernel) with the Kaly Combo Updater and when I boot again everything is there, everythign works, but the two internal 160G SATA drives are the yellow icon of an external disk, and in Finder the second one has an eject button next to it. Not the end of the world, to be sure, but I'm a perfectionist.

 

Anyone know how to fix this?
