modified Posted June 13, 2008 Share Posted June 13, 2008 Hey guys, I tried updating my machine from 10.5.2 to 10.5.3 but it just sits there now on the loading screen with the little thing spinning. I tried reinstalling 10.5.2 and then upgrading again, still no luck. I'm thinking a straight install of 10.5.3 like the Kalyway disc did for 10.5.2 might be the way. anyone know of anything like this? knobi Posted June 13, 2008 Share Posted June 13, 2008 Did u install 10.5.3 and NOT reboot and install the kernel 9.3.0 as suggested by kalyway? Also when you boot for the first time, you are suppose to type: update -v It should work, cos it worked for mine?
