Morphen Posted June 8, 2008 Share Posted June 8, 2008 Boots in safemode,not in "normal mode", but EXTREMELY slow. cannot figure this out at all I'm no expert at this (at all), tried dozens of combinations (tired vanilla,modbin,netkas kernels) during install. After reading through this and other forums, i'm turning to you for guys for help. A Notice; From what i can see for safeboot; bluetooth works,sound works,display controller works (but no QE/CI). Also, OSX installed on "the second" partition of the harddrive, if this is useful. I'm also trying updating my BIOS after posting this. edit: no progress. edit: Downloading kalway 10.5.2, it was successful on a very similar system according to the osx wiki hardware hcl. This kext cannot deal with the integrated SD card reader of the Lifebook.
