When i try going on the internet though it says i have no internet connection so i tried going on the network diagnostics tool, so a couple of stages on it asks to me reboot the routers modem etc so i do but it just keeps repeating itself saying the same thing, i have a belkin 54g router and im with virgin media as my ISP, heres the screen i cant get past:

Have you logged on to your router and checked to see if your ADSL is up?

Its not ADSL mate its a cable modem (virgin media), i have logged in the belkin page to have a look there but im not sure what i should be changing in there if that has anything to do with the problem.

Thanks,

Nick.
