georgeil Posted June 4, 2008 Share Posted June 4, 2008 all steps to install Leopard on Dell D620... Use Acronis Disk Director to create a primary parition and select fat32 fs. Don't forget to set it active... Use the kelyway 10.5.2 version... Boot from cd. run Utilities, Disk Utilities to erase the partition. Prefer MacOS Extended (not journaled) Continue to installation... Click on Customize, expand Kernels, unselect Sleep kernel and select Vanilla Kernel Under graphic cards, select intel 950 Under sound, select all options Under patches, select all again Third side applications, as your desire...(I've selected all) Install...after reboot and registrations, etc., go to System Preferences, Sound, Output and select Stereo Master Outpud instead Subwoofer Now we have a Leopard 10.5.2 running on Dell D620 with graphic, sound and bluetooth working as well... The wireless, ethernet & PCMCIA not yet... I've got an USB ethernet card (D-Link DUB-E100) ,surfing and writing this through it Enjoy Sorry about the english...
