samsu
Hi, I am trying to make my linksys USB wireless work. It is WUSB54GS v2. I guess, it has Broadcom- BCM4320SKFBG chipset. It shows in my System pref->Network as dial-up modem. It also shows up in my system profile under USB device as Manufacturer: Broadcom Product-ID: 0x0014 Vendor ID: 0x13b1 Please help me. How do I change this to wireless? I am using Kalyway 10.5.3 -Sam Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/108114-linksys-wusb54gs-wireless-broadcom-4320-shows-as-dial-up-modem/ Share on other sites

Highlander82
have exact same card...bumping. tried ndiswrapper (uses the windows drivers and runs them in linux), messed around with that for a long time and that's a dead-end until someone re-writes that.... Guest BuildSmart
That device will only work with a Broadcom USB wireless utility and as far as I know there isn't one available for Mac OS X. Sometimes it pays to read before buying.
