Zaxboi
Went to install the Apple 10.5.3 update on my iATKOS based 10.5.2 distribution (original v1.0ir2 updated manually to 10.5.2, stock 9.2.0 kernel, EFI on MBR) on my COMPAQ 714NR laptop and ended up with an unusable system only because the X3100 based graphics then failed to cooperate (odd patterns on the screen). It looked similar to when I went to install the Apple Graphics Update to 10.5.2 some months back which NEVER worked, always produced an unusable screen so I gave up on it. Does the 10.5.3 include this update perhaps? If so, is there any way to UNinstall it? I can boot the system with "-f -x" just to get the desktop GUI up in unaccelerated mode just fine so I can effect some changes if I only knew where. Any ideas?
