Wasn't too sure where exactly to put this post, but I will try here.

Yesterday I decided to try to install Mac OS X on my Thinkpad X41 tablet. Since I am new to this I choose to try the "jas amd-intel-sse2-sse3 with ppf1 & ppf2" version of 10.4.8.

The installation went fine on the thinkpad, but most of the hardware devices are not listed or just not functioning, e.g.

Don't have internet connection, no devices are listed under network preferences [neither NIC, wireless card].

NO sound, etc.

I would like to have those working, if at all possible ... but I am also thinking of upgrading to a version of Leopard.

My question is: what is my next step from here?

Which version of Leopard should I use that will give me a better working and stable system?

Should I use iAtkos_2.0i or Leo4Allv2 or maybe something else.

Any help from this point on will be appreciated.

Thank you

OK ... since I am not getting any responses I decided to go ahead and preform my own experiments.

I choose to use the Leo4Allv2 installer image and to my surprise, the installation went fine, except that I need to always connect the thinkpad to an external monitor. If the monitor is not connected, the system boots to a light blue screen and just hangs.

I have the LAN, bluetooth, sound working fine. The system did not pick up the wireless card, which is an Intel Pro/wireless 2200GB.

So, how do I get this to work without the external monitor? the video interface is an Intel GMA900

Chipset: Mobile Intel 915GM Express

I was thinking of trying the new iATKOS_2.0i image, but not too sure if I will encounter those same issues.

Any suggestions or help!

Thanks
