sebseb7
Hi guys, my current mainboard (GA-P35-DS3L) is quite good. Everything works except sleep and network. (network works, but with one driver bonjour does not work and with another dhcp does not work, am using a $5 PCI card so network is not the problem) But what I look for is a mainboard which really has a perfectly working sleep mode. Audio in is not that important for me as I use the microphone on a logitech usb-camera. (audio in is working with the GA-P35-DS3L) Network is also not that important, because a $5 PCI card would work also. Important is, that it works with a Penryn CPU (45nm Core2Duo). Does anyone has a suggestion for a board which is generally available and working very good for osx, especialy with sleep ? Note: I have a 9800GTX and I hope the sleep-issues are not connected to this card. My HDD and DVD are both Sata, so the board does not need an IDE connector. I would be sufficient for me if the board just sleeps with the hibernate-to-disc-only mode (I do not need suspend to ram, but I need some kind of reliable suspend). Thank you very much Sebastian Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/107161-perfect-mainboard-for-sleep/ Share on other sites
