I have a Toshiba M15 -S405 laptop. I was able to get Kalyway 10.5.2 installed using speepstepkernel on a partition. I have 100gb hard drive that has XP, Ubuntu, and OSX on it. I can't get wireless, video, or audio to work. The oddest thing is that when OSX was installed, I couldn't get video, but I could hear the 'speech' working!

The laptop has a 1.4 Pentium M, SSE2 only, no SSE3.

XP device manager shows the following devices:

Nvidia Geforce 420go (32mb)

Intel Pro/Wireless LAN 2100 3B mini PCI adapter

SoundMAX integrated digital audio.

If more details are needed on the above devices please let me know.

For soundcard , I have tried the AzaliaAudio and AC97 packages, but no go. The SoundMAX isn't listed in 'audio' in OSX.

For video card, I have tried NVInstallerV.41.pkg, and I get prompted to reboot. I used to 'go' option, but I think this card is just too old. I reboot, and am prompted again to reboot. I cleared kext cache in terminal, still prompted to reboot. I don't see any kernel panics when I start with -s options after installing this driver.

For WLAN, I have tried iwi2100.dmg. On reboot, I get a white screen saying I need to reboot. Any ideas why I get prompted to reboot any time I install this driver? I reboot, and still am prompted to reboot. Again, don't see any kernel panics when I start with -s options after installing this driver.

I'd like to get WLAN working so I can surf in OSX to find solutions to problems.

Any help / suggestions are appreciated. I am familiar with Unix/Dos commands so I ain't afraid of the terminal. If I do get everything on this (old) laptop running I'm happy to throw a guide together.
