eee.imtiaz
But i want to connect it through data cable? I have successfully connected my SE K550i with my hackintosh [mac osx leopard 10.5.1]. I am giving the procedure here. Hope it will work for you as well. 1. Go to 'System Preferences' 2. Click on 'Network' 3. Your phone modem should be listed on the left hand side bar. Make sure that it is selected. 4. Click on 'Configuration' and select 'Add configuration' 5. Select 'Sony Ericsson' from the list of 'Modems' 6. Enter the APN according to your network 7. Select CID 9 [i have selected this because in Windows, I have used this, CID 1 may work for you as well] 8. Click 'Apply' 9. Go back to the previous screen, I mean 'Network' window. Click on 'Connect' That's it. Your PC should be connected to the internet through your SE mobile now. The internet connection is detected as ethernet ans you can surf the net. Nothing else is required except for first time "Internet Connection Assistant" setup.
