A friend of mine is thinking of building a hackintosh and he lives in Final Cut Pro, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro. Has anyone had any problems with those three applications?

I, myself, have 10.5.2 and can not get MacFuse and NTFS-3G to work. I downloaded the free trial of the commercial version of an application to do so and it worked straight out of the box but I understand there are problems with sleep, Fusion and some other problems with it.

What is your experience and what might I be doing wrong to get the free version to work? Any links to tutorials to do this?

thanks

Feel free to e-mail me directly at chasingcharlie@yahoo.com. My friend is caution and I don't blame him because he uses his Mac to make money. But, he'd like to avoid the $5,000 price tag of the Mac Pro.
