acidphex
There's no support for the Sil3112A SATA Hard Drive. You might want to plug in a IDE hard drive and give it a try. Juanski
All, I decided to take the plunge and see if I could get OSX running on my PC. Have downloaded the JaS 10.4.8 R3 DVD image. I get as far as the Grey Apple Loading screen and thats it. After sitting for 5 minutes I get a b/w icon of a circle with a line through it. When I reboot in vebose mode it just says "waiting for root" System Specs: ECS RS400-A motherboard 2 x 512M Patriot Ram 40 Gig Western Digital HD Sony DVD RW+/- I have messed with the BIOS every which way and it never progresses. I am running off the built in video at the moment. IF anyone has had any luck with the Moterboard please let me know what I need to do to get it working. Thanks! - Juanski Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/10496-ecs-rs400-a/#findComment-534184 Share on other sites
